This is an abbreviated help steps to confirm and troubleshoot the use of and ENO pen and Steelcase ENO board.

If you find your pen does not capture the mouse and interact with the board please start with these basic steps to help solve your problem.


Step One

Disconnect the USB Dongle
Step Two
Remove & Replace Battery From Pen Put Cap On Pen
Step Three
Replace the USB Dongle
Step Four
Navigate to the systray in the lower right corner of your computer
Select the ENO receiver ICON and open the connection manager
Select the Re-Pair button from the upper right corner
